Interchangeable ends

Cylindrical Valve Wellheads feature interchangeable ends, allowing a switch from a PIN to a BOX valve, from EU to EU + ACME, or any other connection, with a simple operation. The wellhead can also be built with the characteristics that best suit the client’s intended use.

They can be manufactured in the size and materials required by the client, always in compliance with current API standards.

Triple ball valve

The Flow T 2 3/8″ EU x 2″ RF S900 is an Integral Triple Full-Bore Ball Valve assembly in Stainless Steel, used as a wellhead in injection bridges, with the distinctive feature of housing one of the Ball Valves inside the Flange at the transverse outlet.
The Flow T 2 3/8″ EU x 2″ RF S900 consists vertically of 2 Full-Bore Ball Valves of 2 1/2″ (62mm) connected by means of a Threaded T with a transverse outlet to the 2″ RF S900 Full-Bore Flanged Valve (50mm), and another 1/2″ NPT outlet fitted with a plug (sample collection outlet). Its lower end is 2 3/8″ EU BOX and upper end 2 3/8″ EU BOX + 4 1/2″ ACME PIN, fitted with a blind cap, with BOX ends available in 2 7/8″ EU upon client request.

Mecánica 14 can adapt this product to client needs, modifying diameters, connections, and materials.

The Integral Threaded Injection Bridge, manufactured almost entirely by MECÁNICA 14, can be supplied in Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel.

Eccentric Body, Full-Bore Ball Valve. Body wall thickness can be adapted to required working pressures.

The valve can feature a floating ball or double-guide design. Its body consists of 2 parts, NPT ends, quarter-turn actuation.
