Interchangeable Ends

The Wellhead Injection Valve System features a cylindrical valve wellhead with interchangeable end connections, allowing conversion from PIN to BOX, from EU to EU + ACME, or to any other required connection through a simple operation. The system can also be manufactured with characteristics tailored to the client’s specific application.

It can be produced in the dimensions and materials required by the customer, always in compliance with current API standards.

Triple Ball Valve

The Flow “T” 2 3/8” EU x 2” RF S900 is an integral Triple Ball Valve assembly with full bore, manufactured in stainless steel, and used as a wellhead component in injection bridges. A distinctive feature of this assembly is that one of the ball valves is integrated inside the flange at the transverse outlet.

The Flow “T” 2 3/8” EU x 2” RF S900 consists, in its vertical section, of two 2 1/2” full-bore ball valves (62 mm) connected by a threaded tee, with a transverse outlet to a 2” RF S900 flanged full-bore ball valve (50 mm), and an additional 1/2” NPT outlet fitted with a plug (sampling port).

The lower end connection is 2 3/8” EU BOX, and the upper end is 2 3/8” EU BOX + 4 1/2” ACME PIN, supplied with a blind cap. Upon customer request, the BOX connections can be manufactured as 2 7/8” EU.

Mecánica 14 can adapt this product to customer requirements by modifying diameters, connections, and materials.
